Our sweet La Lavender Boudoir was inspired by a visit to Valensole in Provence, a natural region of France, situated at an altitude of 500 meters in the south of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
We planned our trip in early July, the best time to view the Plateau de Valensol during blooming season of the Provence Lavender.
The breathtaking symmetrical fields of sweet-scented, violet-hued lavender can only be described as a complete sensory delight! This magical place should be added to every traveller or photographer’s bucket list.
